The process of becoming a Century Vision Global partner practice involves a series of steps that help ensure a good fit and help create clear expectations for everyone involved. We begin with a Discovery period centered around conversations and information sharing that helps you get to know CVG and helps us understand your practice.
When Discovery results in a desire by both parties to continue pursuing a partnership acquisition, we work through an NDA and Questionnaire process that further builds trust and answers deeper questions around how a partnership will be constructed to create long-term success.
As the partnership structure is built, a Letter of Intent is signed to solidify the agreement. When Due Diligence is complete, the process can move to Closing.
The timeline for the entire process moves at the speed of our doctor partners. Because we’re investing in long-term partnerships, we are never in a rush to push a deal through if a doctor needs more time. However, we often find that as doctors learn more and understand our model, they want to push the process as fast as possible because of all the benefits it provides them for growth and transition.
